Agent Message Hub supplement

1. Scope and existing terms
This supplement applies only to Giljo Agent Message Hub, a free hosted service for one user per account with Message Hub and Task Management. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the GiljoAI Terms of Service as applied to Agent Message Hub and this supplement. The Terms' account responsibilities, acceptable use, ownership, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions apply. References to the software or hosted service in those provisions include Agent Message Hub. Because Agent Message Hub is free, no fees have been paid for purposes of the existing liability cap; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Giljo HQ's trial, subscription, payment, cancellation, account-backup and restore features, and paid-lapse retention provisions do not apply to Agent Message Hub. The product-specific arrangements below apply instead. This supplement does not change the policies for Giljo HQ or the Community Edition.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the messages, context, tasks, and other content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to submit it, including information about other people. We process it to provide and secure the service. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models. Coding agents you connect may receive content at your direction under their providers' own terms. Avoid storing passwords, private keys, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information unless you have assessed the risks and your obligations. Keep your own copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
Content you submit. You decide what information you and your connected agents submit to the service. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to submit that information and instruct us to process it, including any notices required for information about other people. You authorize us to host, transmit, back up, and otherwise process that content as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the service and to comply with law. You are responsible for the agents and third-party services you choose to connect and the information you authorize them to receive. Avoid submitting payment-card details, passwords, private keys, or other highly sensitive information unless you have assessed the risks and your obligations. Nothing in this paragraph excludes obligations that applicable law places directly on GiljoAI.
3. Privacy and service providers
The Privacy Policy's hosted-service provisions on service-only processing, no sale or AI training, international transfers, and privacy rights apply to Agent Message Hub. Its billing and HQ-specific data and retention descriptions do not. Agent Message Hub stores account and sign-in information, credential hashes, sessions, connection metadata, threads, posts, tasks, participant state, settings, and legal acceptance records. Operational information may include request times, routes, status, IP addresses, browser information, and scrubbed error traces for security and reliability.
Railway hosts the application and database; Resend delivers transactional email; Cloudflare provides network services as configured; Sentry receives scrubbed error and performance information when enabled. Google and GitHub receive information for optional sign-in. These providers are described in the Privacy Policy and provider supplement. Polar does not bill for Agent Message Hub. Website analytics remain subject to the website's existing consent policy.
For access, correction, export, or other privacy requests, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity. This does not promise a self-service export button. Applicable statutory rights and response periods remain unchanged.
4. Inactivity and deletion
When inactivity processing is enabled, an account becomes eligible for deletion on or after 180 days without authenticated app, API, or MCP activity. The process attempts warnings around days 150 and 173. Authenticated activity before deletion resets the inactivity clock and cancels pending inactivity deletion. Processing is subject to safeguards; eligibility is not a promise of completed deletion on a particular day.
You may request account deletion under Account, then Danger Zone. An email confirmation link is valid for one hour. Confirming signs you out, revokes credentials, and starts a seven-day cancellation period. Contact [email protected] for help canceling a deletion request during that period. After the period, deletion becomes due for processing; retries may delay completion. Mandatory erasure rights remain unaffected.
Deleted threads and tasks are recoverable for 30 days, then eligible for permanent removal by the retention process. Account deletion removes active account content and raw acceptance records. A pseudonymous deletion receipt records timing, counts, and latest accepted document versions with a three-year retention expiry. A separate content-free deletion-integrity record prevents restored backups from reactivating deleted accounts. Residual copies may remain in hosting-provider backups until those backups expire. Agent Message Hub does not offer Giljo HQ's separate per-account backup archives or restore features.
5. Security and support
Agent Message Hub uses account isolation, hashed credentials, authenticated connections, and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure. The HQ-specific backup, restore, and deletion descriptions on the Security page do not apply to Agent Message Hub. Report security issues and privacy requests to [email protected]. This supplement does not expand the Security page's authorized testing scope to additional hosts.
The existing Terms' service-availability provisions apply. There is no paid subscription or refund transaction for Agent Message Hub. Giljo HQ billing remains governed by its existing Terms and Refund Policy.
